Set of Swiss Burs are made by MAILLEFER, made of Vanadium Steel with first quality tool steel, hardened to approximately 800HV 2, with precise fluting with high quality standards and specifications to guarantee the same smooth and even quality cutting and finishing.
Bur Set includes 5 different shapes of Burs: Round Ball, Stone Setting, Cup Concave Burs, Hart Burs and Bud Burs.
The used by Jewelers and Diamond Setters are particularly useful for setting smaller stones in Stone Setting and Channel Setting. Burs may are also used in in Dental Labs, Artists Model Designers, Hobbyists and Model Makers.
