Casting Crucible designed to hold 7oz. capacity (will work with less volume). Crucible has a slot on the bottom to fit Procraft centrifugal spin caster, boat type used with centrifuge casting machines. Can be used with the Grobet, Lucas, Kerr models and more.
Crucible has a capacity of maximum 9 T.Oz. For Gold and 6 T.Oz. For Silver.
Crucible is made of high grade fused Silica withstands temperatures up to 2500°F / 1371°C.

Crucibles should be glazed with Borax prior to use, which also helps metal flow and extends the life of the crucible.
