Terms and Conditions of System Warranty. Crest Ultrasonics Corp. herein will be named as the Supplier. The Customer who directly purchases this unit from Crest Ultrasonics Corp. herein will be named as the Purchaser. • The Purchaser will provide all adequate Installation Requirements in order the system can operate as designed and intended. • Crest Ultrasonics disclaims any responsibility or liability associated with the cleaning chemistry used in the specified equipment. For information on proper precautions, procedures, and other control measures to employ while using such materials, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) provided by the manufacturer of the particular chemistry being used. • Crest Ultrasonics Corp. will not accept responsibility or Liability on chemistry consumption. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that chemistry consumption and system emission figures are in compliance. • It is the Purchasers responsibility to abide by and ensure that all Installation Requirements meet relevant Health & Safety Standards and shall comply with local codes. • The Purchaser shall elect persons to be involved with the installation, commissioning, and the operator training of the system. Thereafter, these personnel shall be responsible for on-site process maintenance and operator training. • On no account for whatever reason shall the Purchaser modify or re-design or rectify any part(s) of the equipment or any parameters of the software program designed for use with the machine. Failure to comply will result in an immediate withdrawal of system Warranty. • The Purchaser shall be responsible of initiating his or hers own in-house processing procedures, and implement regular service maintenance inspections on the system as part of that procedure. • Should the purchaser claim under the provided Warranty, the claim must be valid and not due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage. Should the supplier find cause to suspect any of the above mentioned, a full engineer's report will be submitted to the respective Purchaser, together with an invoice for the work performed. • Failure to comply with all sections of this document will automatically invalidate any such Warranty unless the supplier feels it appropriate to continue to its full expiration date. • If passing on the equipment to a Third Party due to sale, lease or hire, the Warranty is immediately invalidated, unless otherwise agreed by the supplier. • Delivery dates are estimations and may be subject to change at any time. Crest Ultrasonics Corp. will not be held liable for any financial loss as a result of late delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. • Crest Ultrasonics Corp. guarantees the equipment specified in this quotation free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from initial shipment date. • This quotation is a full and complete representation to the potential Purchaser of the products and/or services offered for sale by Crest Ultrasonics Corp. No representation, promise, or condition not set forth herein can be relied upon by the potential Purchaser or shall be considered a binding condition of sale.
