Matt Wax ring tube sizer is a solid hardwood mandrel to enlarge the finger hole of wax ring models. A hardwood mandrel is specially machined to incorporate a steel cutting blade edge that extends from the handle to the tapered tip.
The mandrel designed to act as a reamer, when slid through the hole of a wax ring or ring tube and gently rotate clockwise.
As you rotate the mandrel the blade edge scrapes the inner wall, enlarging the ring to the size that is clearly marked on the mandrel, leaving a smooth finish.
