Star Shape Disc Cutter a very well made tool made of High Grade Carbon Tool Steel and Tempered, precision machined and honed, case-hardened. The cutting of the metal is done by simply sliding the metal under the desired shape/slot and punching out the discs.
Star disc cutter comes with 5 hardened steel punches angled sharp cutting edge EZ-CLEAN-CUT in different sizes, and a square steel disc cutting block. This disc cutter will cut up to 20 gauge metal, and can be used on a rubber mat or block to ease the cutting process. The punches have an angled sharp cutting edge end and a beveled top end for striking with a dead blow hammer.
We recommend the Tool to be used for cutting of non-ferrous metals of up to 20-gauge: Gold, Silver, Copper, Brass, it may well be used for other metals as Tin Steel Sheet but with lighter gauges.
For best results use cutting oil when punching discs, annealing the metal will extend the cutting edges of the punches...
