Parallel action flat nose pliers, is a large size hand tool, used for holding parts with an even and parallel pressure, the jaws are made of carbon steel and are smooth, finished in black anodized with nickel plated smooth handles. Pliers have extension return spring in the handles that provide for easier operation. A well-made Quality with Value tool.
