    Silicone polishers can be used for step-by-step surface prepping to final polishing.

    Silicones are available in 4 grades can be used for deburring, cleaning, smoothing and final polishing soft nonferrous metals especially suited for precious metals.
    • WHITE  130 µm: Coarse for quick removal of material
    • Black 80 µm: Medium flexible Pre-polish, removes scratches, leaves smooth surface.
    •  Blue 22 µm: Fine for high shine. 
    • Pink 4µm: Extra Fine for a high luster mirror finish look.

    Applications:  Precious metals (including alloys), including gold and silver

     For best results, use at 7,000–10,000rpm with very light pressure.

Before we release a piece made for our clients; the finish must be perfect. Eve silicone polishing points allow us to polish pieces without messy polishing compounds and a better view of the surface area that is being polished. Eve polishing points allow us to polish anything just as well as a bench polisher. If you want the best polish from Eve polishing points you just have to find the sweet spot of light pressure just barely touching the surface.
