3M Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Disc, using proprietary 3M™ Ceramic Abrasive Grain and molded, flexible bristles, provides more surface contact than wire brushes and maintains abrasive property throughout the life of the disc. Disc removes paint, stains, adhesives, weld burns, rust, heavy oxides, and surface contaminants from large areas.
Discs are designed to last longer than wire and other abrasive discs and works well on aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and other metals.

Mandrel adapter is made to be used with a rotary power tool and holds wheels with a 3/8" arbor hole. Design permits better access to work areas which may be difficult to reach. The shank is 1/4" and Wheel Width Capacity is from 3/8" TO 1/2" (Mandrel holds 2 Radial Discs with center 3/8 Hole).
