Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Once you have added items to your shopping cart, you can click the "Estimate Shipping" button which will allow you to input your zip code to view the list of available shipping options and the cost of each one. On checkout you will be shown the same list of shipping options and you can select the one you require.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
If you are not satisfied with one of our products we will accept it back within 15 days of purchase. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund.
If the return results from the receipt of damaged or defective products, or from our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.
We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
Restocking Fee
Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
